I don't think that the toilet paper will be free if it's already ringing up at the sale price. When the IVC is scanned, the register will recognize that the item is already ringing at sale price & the coupon will most likely beep. I have had that happen on other items several times. There was no additional deduction from the price of the item.
I got the Wags 1000 sheet TP today (just because I needed some and I had leftover RRs). The in-store Q is " 2/$1 " which only alters the price to $.50 each. If it read $1/2 it would take off $1 for every 2 you buy. Whoops!
The Symphony bars are marked $1.09 at my Wags but ringing up $1.99 so cashier had to change to $1.09. I did get in on the double RR for the Triaminic but I didn't have any coupons so it wasn't a money maker for me but can't complain about free med. For some reason my Wags hasn't got the Healthy Savings Booklet.
