I’ve been looking forward to making these Chicken Salad Roll Ups from Betty Crocker since first seeing them last week! But then, while searching the net, I found this great looking Corn & Chicken Chowder Recipe from Buns in My Oven.
I doubt I will get them both accomplished. I am scheduled to help with a school carnival this afternoon and we have baseball tonight. With that said, we’ll be lucky to eat at all…..we’ll see what happens!

I was originally planning spaghetti, but I think I’m going to swap it with another night. We will have chicken stir-fry with rice, instead. I’ve been wanting to try out a new recipe, so tonight will be it.
I’m a little under the weather, so it’s pizza tonight.
We’re having leftovers again! I can’t believe how much food we cooked this last weekend, It sure was fun though to have our whole family together. My son did all the BBQing so the ribs are awesome, he also BBQed cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon! They are so good. We still have macaroni salad and fruit to go with them.
