My best tip…hmmm…I guess it would be to use cloth napkins and cloth in the kitchen to save money on paper towels. I have regular cloth napkins, but have recently also started using cut up old t shirts, they make the softess napkins.

The best money saving tip is that pretty much whatever you want to buy, you can buy it for less by price matching, using coupons or waiting for a great sale. Never pay full price!
I dont see any contest instructions so I hope posting here counts as an entry. My best tip is to print/clip coupons for items you know go on sale frequently. Then match the coupons and sales for best price.

Establish your best price for commonly needed items so you’re only buying at or very close to that threshhold to keep the stockpile current. And always think twice about whether it is really needed now or even very soon. Living on a not quite paycheck to paycheck basis means really scrutinizing EVERYTHING! I save the most when I don’t buy it at all.
My best tip is to use a coupon on each item with a BOGO sale.
