Pumpkin Dinner Rolls for the Bread Machine

Put something special on your table!  Pumpkin dinner rolls are moist and delicious, perfect for the fall and holidays.  They’re easy to whip up in the bread machine!


1 cup warm milk
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/3 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons yeast


Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.  Mix on the dough cycle.  Remove from bread machine and form 18 round balls.  Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place, cover with greased plastic wrap.

Preheat oven to 375.  Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes.  Brush tops with butter.  Serve warm with cinnamon butter for a special treat!
