Emailing Companies for Coupons: Share Your Opinion

A few weeks ago I did a guest post series on emailing companies.  My friend Kristin from Couponing to Disney gave us five days of products and contact links.
The idea is to pick companies which you like, and email them to let them know what you like about their product.  Most of the time, it is not necessary to ask for coupons, as they will be sent out for your honest product review.
I emailed a small handful of the companies and got several coupons in the mail.  How about you?
I have received several requests to feature this “Emailing Companies” series on my blog.  While I won’t be doing it daily, I hope to provide you with a post a week with links so that you can provide your opinion to any company for which you use the product or have used in the past.
Here is a list for this week.  Just click on the links to provide your honest feedback.

I encourage you to contact only companies that you can provide honest feedback for.  Remember to be specific when emailing.  Instead of “I love your product” try to be specific, such as, “My family loves your ketchup and won’t buy any other brand.  It his thicker than other brands and we love the taste!

Guest Post: Coupons from Companies

The following is a Guest Post from Kristin at Couponing to Disney, author of 5 a Day! Coupons for high dollar amounts and FREE products are “just like cash”. In fact, this is a great way to earn free groceries for your family!

Last summer, I started emailing companies and giving them my opinion of their products. In return, most of them send me coupons for my efforts. I have gotten over 50 coupons for free products just by telling them what I think! A lot of people don’t realize that this is a great source for coupons.

The most important thing to remember when emailing companies is to give your honest opinion. I try to get specific as possible. If I was to email Kraft, I wouldn’t just say “I love the Kraft products”, I would say “My family loves your 4 cheese Mexican shredded cheese. It makes our tacos taste so much better and I love the texture! Thanks for making such a great product.”

Here are 5 for you to email today:

Heluva Good
Ken’s Dressing & Marinades
Ore-Ida
Purina
Tyson
